A number of the proteins are described as oxidoreductases. They are primarily found in bacterial lineages though a number of eukaryotic homologues have been identified: Caenorhabditis elegans, Drosophila melanogaster(Fruit fly) , Mus musculus(Mouse) and Homo sapiens(Human) .
