Isoamylase hydrolyses 1,6-alpha-D-glucosidic branch linkages in glycogen, amylopectin anddextrin; 1,4-alpha-glucan branching enzyme functions in the formation of 1,6-glucosidic linkages of glycogen; and pullulanase is a starch-debranching enzyme.
